Terms & Conditions

Bookings may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applied by the Practitioner.

Definitions

  • “Practitioners” means any Practitioners associated with Aligned Chiro
  • “You” and “Your” mean the person who is making the booking.
  • “Credit note” means credit which may be applied to future service bookings with Chiropractic Health and Wellness Centre.

    • Payment

    Our normal treatment fee is payable at the conclusion of your appointment.
    We offer the following payment plans in relation to Treatment Plan Packages:

  • 10% reduction of the full rate if paid upfront in one payment; 

    • Rates and Charges

    Quoted prices are inclusive of all compulsory government or regulatory charges and taxes (for example GST) where applicable.

    Cancellation/Missed Appointments

    If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $45 cancellation fee may apply, solely at the discretion of Aligned Chiro

    Refund Policy

    Refunds will be provided where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We don’t refund for change of mind. We want you to be a satisfied client.

    For Pre-Payment clients you are protected by our 30 Day 100% guarantee. This means that if you decide we are not the best solution for your needs within 30 days of commencing care we will provide a full pro-rata refund on any unused credit and 100% back on care that you have already received.

    If you discontinue care within the 90-day cooling off period, a pro-rata refund will be issued at your request. If you request a refund after the 90-day cooling off period on any Treatment Plan package, will be provided to you by way of a credit note which can be exchanged for Goods or Services. The credit note can also be transferred to family members and will expire after 24 months.

    Consumer Law

    To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on Aligned Chiro are excluded under these Terms and Conditions.

    General

    The Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.

    Acceptance

    You accept these terms and conditions by making a booking with Aligned Chiro
