Do you ever get a sore back? When you are just standing watching your kids play sport, or after sitting at your desk for a while. The sore of pain that feels like you ‘just need to stretch it out’, but when you try and stretch it doesn’t seem to help much?
Have you ever wondered how your back can start hurting when you haven’t even done anything? Most of the time it’s because some of you muscles are too tight, some are working too hard and others have turned off. So you start to ache.
You might want to try these exercises. They are easy to do, take only a couple of minutes and are designed so that you can re-align your hips and low back by activating key muscles in a specific sequence. Best thing is you can do them virtually anywhere.
By doing these exercises you are using your muscles to ‘adjust’ yourself.
