Dr. Jesse Middleton
CEO | Chiropractor
Dr. Jesse Middleton is the owner of CHWC. Over the last 8 years, he was able to grow the business in 3 locations- Mudgee, Cowra and Bathurst. “I absolutely love what I do, and as with most things, there is a story behind how I became a chiropractor.
Growing up, I loved my football. I used to play league and union, weight train, ran cross country, I just loved physical fitness. But one day when I was 15, I got stopped dead in my tracks. I was playing rugby at the time, I had the ball, I thought I was going to score. But instead, I got hit from the side and hard. When I got up, I couldn’t put weight on my leg. When I did I got a stabbing pain in my back. I had to go off. I thought I would just go to sleep that night and the next day it would be fine. But it wasn’t, it was worse. I took pain killers, they didn’t touch the pain. I tried stretching and it
just hurt. This went on for 2 weeks and I couldn’t train, I could hardly walk. So mum took me to see a chiropractor, Dr. Paul Welsh. He took and x-ray and put me on the table and did something (now I know it was an adjustment), and told me to get up.
I was skeptical. I had been in severe pain for the last 2 weeks. But when I got up, I actually felt better. I was shocked. It was there and then that I decided to become a chiropractor. I just love how chiropractic is so simple, it’s based on a simple philosophy of health and it works. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.”

Dr James Nguyen
Chiropractor
After being introduced to chiropractic as a teenager due to ankle problems and breathing difficulties – I have been an advocate for this phenomenal profession ever since. My chiropractor at the time not only addressed the areas of concern but also the entire body as a whole, which absolutely blew my mind. I was encouraged to modify my exercise, sleeping and dietary habits which impacted my life tremendously. I now aim to do the same for my patients in the hopes that they too, can experience the magic of chiropractic.
